Who we are
These terms govern purchases made on this website, operated by Orla Fine Jewelry S.L. (fictional), Tax ID B-00000003 (fictional), Carrer de Petritxol 9, 08002 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hola@orla.example · +34 930 000 003. This is demonstration text for a fictional store and has no legal effect.
Orders and made-to-order pieces
An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation by email. Because every piece is made after you order it, delivery takes 10 to 15 working days plus transit. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT; shipping costs are shown before you confirm.
Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed, and your card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Spanish and EU consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days. Pieces must be returned unworn in their original packaging. Engraved or bespoke pieces made to your specification are excluded, as the law allows.
Warranty and applicable law
Every piece carries the three-year legal guarantee of conformity, together with our lifetime cleaning service. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Claims may be brought before the courts of the consumer's domicile, and we would rather resolve any issue directly: write to hola@orla.example.
