Shipping and returns

Production time
Each piece is made to order and leaves the atelier within 10 to 15 working days. If you need something by a particular date, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Shipping
All shipments are insured and tracked, and require a signature. Within the EU, standard shipping is free over €150 and €8 below; express is €18. We ship to the United Kingdom and Switzerland at cost, and duties in those destinations are the customer's responsibility.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece, beyond the 14 days required by law. It must be unworn, undamaged and in its original box. Write to hola@orla.example and we will send a prepaid, insured label within the EU.
Exclusions
Engraved pieces, bespoke commissions and pieces made in a non-standard size are made to your specification and cannot be returned, except where they are faulty. Earrings may be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
Refunds and repairs
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, we repair or replace it under the legal guarantee; outside it, repairs are quoted before any work begins.
