The sapphires are natural, from Rock Creek in Montana, where the deposit is mined on a small scale and each parcel is traceable to the claim. Matched by hand for hue; no two pairs are quite alike.

Caring for this piece
Diamonds and sapphires can be washed in warm water with a drop of mild soap and a soft brush. Emeralds are more delicate: avoid ultrasonic cleaners, heat and sudden changes in temperature, and keep them away from perfume and oils.
